Expert Insolvency Practitioner
Licensed Insolvency Practitioners or IP for short is an individual who is authorized by law to handle formal insolvency procedures. A lot of these Insolvency Practitioners have a background on accountancy or law. It is because the work of an Insolvency Practitioner is to give an honest advice to clients who are having trouble with their financial standing. This is the reason why an Insolvency Practitioner should be an expert in handling these problems. They must study the course and pass three examination papers set by Joint Insolvency Examination Board before they can be called a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Also, they must be able to meet the requirements set by the authorizing body.
To be called as an Expert Insolvency Practitioner, one must be professional and honest in dealing with his clients. He must make sure that his advice is clear, understandable and always in the best interest of his client. He must be experienced in dealing with insolvency procedures.
